Super Natural
The world seems to have a lot of SuperNatural Phenomenon. Existing natural science cannot explain these events, it is beyond the scope of science. In this assignment, based on some strange things in daily life, I created such a SuperNatural with the help of technical software. One day, I sat next to the computer and assembled a Lego machine model. When the model was completed, the phone rang. I got up to answer the phone. When I returned, I was surprised to find that the originally assembled machine was disassembled and the parts were scattered on the desktop. What happened? It turned out that when I left, the mechanical chariot on the computer screen fired shells at the machine model on the table! Facing the scattered parts, I was very surprised, but there was nothing around. I assembled the machine model again and pretended to leave. A few seconds later, the chariot on the computer screen turned the gun barrel mysteriously again, aimed at my machine model, and made a “bang”.
I met several challenges in completing this SuperNatural. The first is to shoot videos. Since I am the only photographer and actor, I have to adjust the best position for taking pictures again and again and design the way I enter the lens. Secondly, how can the machine model on the desktop be hit by artillery shells? I tried to use the plastic bullet configured by the Lego model, but it did not achieve the desired effect. I thought of the thin thread. I tied the thin thread to the wheel of the machine model and placed some scattered and unfixed parts on the model. When I pull the thin thread, the machine model will flip and parts will be scattered everywhere.
In order to achieve a good effect, I have accelerated the playback speed of some boring actions that I have to explain. I think that good work should consider “how is the best expression”, so I did not deliberately pursue the duration of the video.
This is a SuperNatural created by me, which relies on the current advanced software technology of mankind and is generated in my fantasy. However, I realized that it may happen at any time, sometimes in my sight, sometimes in the edge of my vision, or in places I can't see, making a “bang”.
